Message from Managing Partner

If you have noticed, in the last decade, there has been a significant increase in the number of women in the professional sphere in the Sultanate of Oman. Some of them have already reached managerial roles by now.

This is very encouraging and will definitely help in the overall development of the country. We are also noticing a change when it comes to women entrepreneurship. Several business women have been approaching us in the recent times for our audit & advisory services.

But it is quite apparent that women leadership gap does exist. It is also worthwhile to ponder that with increasing seniority, the percentage of women falls sharply. One can hardly see a woman in the board of directors or even as CEO. But this is not just about Oman but a global phenomenon.

We have organized many events & trainings for the interest of the business community and this time we have taken up this responsibility for conducting this seminar for the larger benefit of the society as well.

We were grateful to Ministry of Social Development, Oman for their patronage and the event was conducted under the auspices of Dr. Yahya bin Badr bin Malik Al-Ma`awali, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Development. We are thankful to His Excellency, who not only consented to inaugurate the seminar but also took out his valuable time to inspire the delegates in his key-note address at the seminar.
